Stage 2: Navigate the Aff to Ile aux Pies

Once your packrafts are inflated, your adventure continues on the water. As soon as you set off, keep to the left—it’s essential to stay on the correct route.

The river then stretches into a long straight section towards Glénac. Paddle along at your own pace and, at the end of this stretch, feel free to take a short break on the left to admire a lovely bridge!

Continue drifting with the current until you reach the junction with the Oust.

At this point, you have two options:
👉 If you feel like taking a short detour, head right towards the port of Glénac. You can moor your packraft at the wooden pontoon and explore this charming little harbor.
👉 If you prefer to continue your journey, stay left, paddle up the Oust, then take another left at the entrance to the large island (following the GPS track).

The river then narrows and the atmosphere becomes truly magical: a tighter passage bordered by lush vegetation, where time seems to stand still. Let yourself drift and enjoy the calm and beauty of the surroundings.

⚠️ From Glénac onwards, be especially careful: do not follow the large navigation signs. They are intended for motorboats and do not match your route.
👉 Be sure to follow the map and the GPS track provided. They will guide you through smaller, more discreet channels—and much more beautiful ones.

At the end of your journey, after passing a small bridge, keep an eye out: a beach will appear ahead of you. This is where you can land.
