Stage 1: Approach hike

Go for a walk in the Breton countryside, among pine trees, ferns, and heather. The atmosphere is peaceful and typical of the region.

The path begins with a slight incline, then gently takes you to the Aff River, just past the village of La Gacilly.

Take the time to enjoy what you see and hear: the light in the trees, the smells of the forest, the birds singing.

It's a beautiful way to start, before letting yourself be carried away by the water.
